- Dunno about ZIP, but I've mounted many PC formated SCSI drives on my
- amiga. In fact, I just unplug my 1 GIG seagate SCSI from my PC and stick
- it to the end of my CSA 12-Guage SCSI chain. Works fine.
-
- You however MUST have crossdos 6. Older version will let you mount and
- access it but you must never allow any software to check its INFO. Many
- programs use the ASL requester which checks for the drives info when you
- click on volumes button. By the same token, you cannot double click on
- its drive icon. With crossdos 6, it works beautifully. It even reports
- the PC drive usage accurately.
-
- Verdict? GET CROSSDOS 6. There's also a configdisk command in Crossdos6
- that'll check your PC drive and make a proper mount file. (You could
- manually create one too.)
